Service Technician (Electronics)

What you will do

• Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and perform bench repairs on returned products.
• Assist customers with product operation and troubleshooting by phone and email.
• Process customer orders, parts requests, service records, and work orders.
• Enter data into company systems, bill completed work, and maintain service logs and departmental records.
• Calibrate, clean, inspect, and prepare products for return to customers.
• Complete ongoing technical training to develop product knowledge and repair skills.

Requirements

• Interest in electronics, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.
• Willingness to learn how to read schematics and use diagnostic equipment such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn.
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry in an ERP or business system.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Electronics or a related technical field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Prior professional repair experience.
