Mobile Phlebotomist Supervisor (Healthcare Leadership)

Location: Tulsa, OK, US; mobile work throughout the Tulsa area with regular early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Salary: $17.50–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and coordinate mobile blood drive teams of approximately 2–10 staff members.
• Perform donor collections and phlebotomy procedures while ensuring a positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor flow and daily drive operations, assign responsibilities, and lead team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
• Resolve donor and staff concerns and maintain communication with drive coordinators.
• Complete operational documentation, drive company vans, and coach vehicles to blood drive locations when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Previous hands-on healthcare experience and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Record with no moving violations or traffic points in the past 3 years, and ability to obtain a CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience or national phlebotomy certification.
• Experience leading healthcare teams or working in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, EMS, urgent care, mobile healthcare, or direct patient care.
