What you will do

• Perform precise venipunctures and maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care services and manage administrative tasks including scheduling and EMR record management.
• Collaborate with field sales and internal operations to ensure continuity of care and timely reporting.
• Act as a primary liaison to resolve patient inquiries and address missing information.
• Monitor and report process improvement needs to enhance clinical efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to CAP/CLIA standards and federal/state healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Oncology experience is mandatory.
• Phlebotomy Certificate as required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment clinical compliance requirements including background, drug, and health screenings.
