Training Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote with 60–75% regional travel required to bakery facilities across the United States.

Salary: $64,700 – $84,100 per year.

What you will do

• Implement and sustain a standardized on-the-job training (OJT) certification program across regional manufacturing facilities.
• Host Train-the-Facilitator and Train-the-Trainer sessions to certify local coordinators and floor trainers.
• Engage directly on the bakery floor to observe, coach, and reinforce manufacturing best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and functional experts to assess associate capabilities and address skill gaps.
• Manage and replicate training program best practices and resources across assigned locations.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and training role.
• Proven ability to facilitate training in an adult learning environment.
• Hands-on experience writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Must be able to travel 60–75% regionally and work flexible schedules to accommodate operation shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel.
