Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative (Laboratory Testing)

Location: Arvada, Colorado, USA; on-site role. Full-time schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with possible overtime and additional weekend work.

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

hirify.global provides analytical testing services across food, environmental, pharmaceutical, clinical, and other life sciences industries. The Built Environment Testing division delivers industrial hygiene and indoor air quality testing services, including asbestos, mold, bacteria, VOC, Legionella, radon, lead, and silica testing.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications by phone and email.
• Receive, verify, organize, and track laboratory samples against Chain of Custody documentation.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submissions, service information, and project preparation.
• Maintain client and project records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory and operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process Stripe credit card transactions, provide supplies, and support front-office and laboratory administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, interpersonal, prioritization, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, execute tasks on time, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
