Client Support Representative (Tu - Sa, 10:30a-7pm) Eurofins Reservoirs Built Environment Testing, Arvada, CO

Location: Arvada, Colorado, USA; onsite. Full-time schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30am–7:00pm, with possible overtime and additional weekend work.

Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

hirify.global provides analytical testing services across food, environmental, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences sectors. The Built Environment Testing division delivers industrial hygiene and indoor air quality testing services.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications by phone and email.
• Receive, verify, organize, and track laboratory samples against Chain of Custody documentation.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submissions, service information, and project preparation.
• Maintain client and project records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory and operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions through Stripe, provide supplies, and support front-office and laboratory administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Customer service experience; two or more years is preferred.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, client focus, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer literacy, including Office applications, Adobe PDF, and CRM systems, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
