Customer Relations Specialist (Laboratory Testing)

Location: Cherry Hill Township, NJ, USA; full-time onsite schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Salary: USD 21–25 per hour

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications by phone and email.
• Advise walk-in clients on services and project preparation.
• Monitor projects requiring login or client communication across PLM, TEM, and IAQ departments.
• Unpack shipments and document sample receipt.
• Update client and project records in LIMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory and operations personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, including Office suite, Adobe PDF, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work proactively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and contribute as a self-motivated team player.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship, plus professional working proficiency in English.
