What you will do

• Apply instructional design strategies to create course- and lesson-level content that supports learner performance.
• Write application-level test questions and develop scenario-based assessments.
• Design and develop e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training solutions.
• Manage and deliver multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with instructional design strategies and e-learning development.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions and instructor-led training.
• Strong writing and assessment-development skills.
• Proficiency with Articulate and Captivate 9.
• Skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
