What you will do

• Maintain, convert, and modify distributed learning modules in the government-provided LMS.
• Design and develop interactive online training modules and blended learning courses.
• Produce storyboards, design documents, and courseware for beta testing, coordinating reviews and testing cycles.
• Develop classroom materials including instructor guides, student guides, visual aids, graphics, and instructional support materials.
• Develop and revise test items aligned with Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy and training objectives.
• Maintain finished products, working documents, and supporting files on JTS information systems.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with NACLAC in scope within the last five years is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of applicable experience.
• Demonstrated success in at least three listed operational areas, including joint training, military e-learning, instructional systems design, courseware authoring, or LMS administration.
• At least three years of experience with complex interactive courseware, e-learning technology strategies, or learning management systems in a military training environment.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC.

Nice to have

• Completion of one or more Joint Targeting Staff Courses.
• Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or Service component targeting staff experience.
• Experience with NIPR/SIPR Microsoft Teams LMS, AIM, SharePoint, or equivalent military LMS tools.
• Experience supporting DoD qualification or certification programs and familiarity with CJCSI CDE, CA, or the DoD Weaponeering Guide.
