Portfolio Manager (Property Management)

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple apartment properties, including leasing, pricing, compliance, and maintenance.
• Manage and mentor leasing, administrative, and maintenance staff.
• Oversee NOI, financial reporting, and Section 8 paperwork.
• Identify operational improvements and lead light rehabilitation projects as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting, senior leadership, and vendors to deliver consistent property performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience, preferably across multiple properties.
• Proven leadership skills and experience building effective teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Data-oriented, problem-solving mindset with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Section 8 experience is preferred.
