What you will do

• Lead all aspects of single assets or portfolios of commercial, industrial, or retail properties.
• Serve as the primary contact and Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met.
• Implement effective tenant care programs to maximize retention across the portfolio.
• Direct the preparation of monthly reports, annual budgets, and long-term capital plans.
• Oversee all lease administration activities, rent collection, and legal notices.
• Supervise and mentor the assigned team, including recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial principles, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex information exchange.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
