Senior Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Seattle, WA; 100% in-office during standard business hours. Remote work and telecommuting are not available. Travel to assigned properties is required.

Salary: $115,000–$115,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead operations, marketing, and financial activities for one or more commercial, industrial, or retail properties.
• Serve as the primary owner representative and prepare accurate monthly reports, annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage tenant needs, retention programs, rent collection, accounts receivable reporting, and approved legal notices.
• Oversee lease administration, vendor sourcing, procurement, contract compliance, and property maintenance.
• Supervise, recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate property management staff.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate alterations, emergency response plans, drills, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties, including leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction.
• Advanced financial knowledge with experience preparing budgets, long-term capital plans, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills; AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Real estate license required where mandated by local regulation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CPM or RPA designation or candidacy.
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin.
• Experience leading and developing property management teams.
