OTC - Open Talent Pool (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland, within the Global Finance Shared Services Centre at Elektrownia Powiśle.

What you will do

• Review financial postings, accruals, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable reconciliations.
• Manage partner, intercompany, and territory-based invoicing, including reviews of manual journal entries.
• Oversee cash application against agreements and monitor aged items in JIRA and Cadency.
• Support special projects, transformation initiatives, business process improvements, and system changes.
• Coordinate finance-related work with management, affiliates, and internal teams across Europe.
• Maintain KPI updates and support assigned projects, meetings, and ad hoc activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, and relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a multinational environment.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple corporate systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Prior SAP and Business Warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
