OTC Billing and Reporting Analyst

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 days of remote work per year and flexible working hours

What you will do

• Manage accounting activities, records, document flow, and financial data in line with company policies.
• Issue and process sales invoices, corrections, provisions, write-offs, and related documentation.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor ledger balances, and handle Accounts Receivable and OTC activities.
• Manage intra-Community EU transactions, sales settlements, order releases, and credit limit updates.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and sales receivables summaries while supporting auditors and internal finance teams.
• Resolve customer and accounting issues, improve processes, support onboarding, and maintain accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, AR activities, and OTC processes.
• Very good written and spoken English required.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with SAP.
• Accurate data input, strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
