TL;DR
O2C Accountant (French): Managing the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment application, and dispute resolution with an accent on accuracy and compliance. Focus on streamlining billing processes, maintaining customer master data, and supporting month-end closing activities.
Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland). Must be available to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week initially, transitioning to 2 days per week after 2-3 months.

What you will do
- Issue and post customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor and apply incoming and outgoing payments through cash application.
- Manage customer queries, disputes, and deductions.
- Maintain customer master data to ensure high data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and OTC procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable processes.
- Fluency in French (minimum B2 level).
- Good English (minimum B1 level).
- Availability to work on-site in Gdynia, Poland.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

- Experience in transition projects.
