TL;DR

O2C Accountant (French): Managing the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment application, and dispute resolution with an accent on accuracy and compliance. Focus on streamlining billing processes, maintaining customer master data, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland). Must be available to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week initially, transitioning to 2 days per week after 2-3 months.

What you will do

• Issue and post customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor and apply incoming and outgoing payments through cash application.
• Manage customer queries, disputes, and deductions.
• Maintain customer master data to ensure high data accuracy.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and OTC procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable processes.
• Fluency in French (minimum B2 level).
• Good English (minimum B1 level).
• Availability to work on-site in Gdynia, Poland.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Experience in transition projects.
