Principal Architect – Autonomous Operations & Intelligence (Platform Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and qualification discussions, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and position solutions across hirify.global’s portfolio, including managed services and platform engineering offerings.
• Develop bills of material, statements of work, effort estimates, pricing, and delivery expectations with vendors, account teams, and engineering.
• Support transitions from sales to delivery, maintain customer alignment, and track implementation success metrics and financial outcomes.
• Provide platform engineering thought leadership through customer workshops, webinars, industry events, and technical forums.
• Mentor engineering talent, identify service delivery skill gaps, improve internal processes, and drive innovation.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technology services consulting.
• Experience establishing and delivering complex technology projects and successful implementations.
• Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus cloud-native application deployment patterns.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, DevOps, platform orchestration, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of application security, security and governance frameworks, observability platforms, service mesh technologies, and API management and security.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, adaptability, and product-thinking skills; relevant cloud, cloud-native, observability, security, DevOps, or FinOps certifications are expected.
