Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid

Hourly pay rate: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Schedule interviews and candidate travel while coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Update the HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain talent acquisition reports and track background-check invoice payments.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding communications and keep candidates informed about application progress.
• Support application review, candidate screening, employee questions, bonuses, and relocation payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and collaborate with HR teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with or ability to learn applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to understand employment law and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a service-focused environment.
