Location: Hybrid, with four days in the office; candidates may be located in Wilmington, Delaware, Paramus, New Jersey, or Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $68,400–$114,000 annual USD

What you will do

• Develop talent attraction strategies and qualified candidate pipelines for multiple search assignments.
• Source, identify, qualify, interview, recommend, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with line managers, HR Business Partners, employees, and Associate Recruiters to support staffing needs.
• Advise managers on compensation packages, negotiate offers, extend offers, and close candidates.
• Build relationships with industry players and community contacts through networking, job fairs, open houses, and direct outreach.
• Provide market insights on talent competition while maintaining regulatory, risk, policy, audit, and data-integrity standards.

Requirements

• College degree or applicable progressive recruiting experience in lieu of education.
• At least two years of total recruitment experience and/or relevant business-line experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, consultative, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with consistent follow-through.
• Experience identifying passive job seekers, responding quickly, and successfully completing searches.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers, related software, internet tools, and applicant tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Corporate Human Resources experience.
• Experience with cold calling, name generation, networking, and recruiting niche talent.
• Experience with Human Resources applicant tracking systems.
