What you will do

• Analyze job requirements and create descriptions that reflect client needs.
• Attract candidates through applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Source, attract, screen, and submit applicants to clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial scoping and follow-up meetings with clients.
• Update ATS and CRM systems promptly and handle advanced issues or escalations appropriately.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Experience with sourcing strategies, recruiting practices, client consulting, and pipeline management.
• Experience with client relationship management and CRM software.
• Clear and effective verbal communication, proactive client service, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, or equivalent related experience.
• Must be based in Illinois, United States.
