Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; onsite

hirify.global develops and manufactures advanced lightweight composite materials, including carbon fiber, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and engineered composite structures for aerospace and other applications.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to production by troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues.
• Monitor process performance and implement improvements to efficiency, quality, stability, productivity, and cost.
• Support process changes, corrective actions, new product introductions, process transfers, and industrialization activities.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process flow diagrams, manufacturing routes, bills of materials, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with equipment qualification, process validation, process capability studies, and cycle-time analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Program Management to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Technician diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in aerospace, composites, or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement, industrialization activities, and production support is preferred.
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes is an asset.
• Good proficiency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
