Expert Production Concept (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define, generate, adjust, coordinate, and release RFQ and detailed production concepts through all project phases.
• Align production inputs such as CapEx, efficiency, and ramp-up costs with the business plan during the RFQ phase.
• Consult capacity planning experts to optimize equipment and CapEx planning.
• Initiate and manage deviations from the production concept and update concepts after project changes or re-initiation.
• Support equipment installation planning and prevent unplanned deviations from production standards during implementation.
• Participate in launch meetings, deliver work-package items, and support updates to production standards.

Requirements

• Engineering or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of production experience in the automotive industry.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, teamwork, self-organization, conflict management, and result orientation.
