C Production Inspector (AQL Berrechid) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Perform quality checks defined in the control plan and record the required data.
• Identify non-conforming products using the red-card process and communicate findings to the production line and WPA.
• Inspect assembly quality, 5S and housekeeping, product-risk areas, error-proofing systems, tools, and workstation documentation.
• Verify operator qualifications, OK-to-Start compliance, and correct use of assembly aids and released tools.
• Validate packing conformity and ensure in-line and off-line rework follows approved procedures.
• Audit final wiring-harness inspection according to the quality-management plan and care points.

Requirements

• Formal education in quality management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Experience with quality-control plans, assembly inspections, non-conformities, and rework procedures.
