Quality Manufacturing Leader (Automotive)

Location: Tangier, Morocco; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Define, document, verify, and close containment and sorting actions for manufacturing process issues.
• Support PR/8D problem-solving teams, track deadlines, and escalate ineffective or delayed corrective-action processes.
• Evaluate process capability using Cmk, Ppk, and other quality tools, and support capability improvement activities.
• Document and approve rework, verify its effectiveness, and monitor completion of required rework.
• Track production scrap, analyze defect trends and Pareto data, and support initiatives to reduce scrap and process defects.
• Approve product and process changes introduced after initial PPAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the automotive industry, including production quality and problem-solving activities.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, customer requirements, and automotive quality systems.
• Ability to analyze quality data, define corrective actions, coordinate teams, coach team members, and make decisions under pressure.
• Professional proficiency in French, English, and Arabic is required.
