What you will do

• Manage and supervise the Production Concept organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Lead initiatives related to Production Concept and oversee standards, governance, and processes.
• Define and steer budgets for activities within the area of responsibility.
• Manage and supervise multiple organizational units.
• Implement measures supporting team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and employee growth.

Requirements

• Engineer or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 6 years of production experience in the automotive industry, including experience in a leadership position.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target orientation, resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement techniques.
