TL;DR

Laboratory Technicien (Automotive): Conducting dimensional evaluations by correlating CT-scan data with CAD geometry, creating measurement programs, and preparing customer reports with an accent on CMM operations, GD&T, and mechanical inspection. Focus on selecting effective measurement methods, executing precise evaluations, and coordinating results with R&D and quality production teams.

Location: Tangier, Morocco; onsite, full-time

What you will do

Review technical drawings and select effective measurement methods.
Create 3D comparison models by correlating CT-scan data with CAD geometry for dimensional evaluation.
Create and execute measurement programs.
Prepare measurement reports and presentations for customers.
Coordinate measurement activities with R&D and quality production teams.

Requirements

Mechanical technician qualification at Bac+2 level.
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience operating CMM equipment.
Strong understanding of GD&T.
Good French and English required.
