What you will do

• Design and maintain long-term financial models for top-line metrics, including ARR movements and sensitivity analyses.
• Build SaaS valuation and benchmarking frameworks covering ARR growth, NRR/DBNRR, Rule of 40, magic number, and CAC/LTV.
• Support M&A target screening, financial due diligence, accretion/dilution analysis, synergy modeling, and integration forecasting.
• Develop forecasting methodologies for changing business mixes and inorganic growth scenarios.
• Analyze product and sales KPIs and translate operating metrics into investor and equity analyst narratives.
• Prepare and quality-assure board decks, earnings materials, and investor relations presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR/DBNRR, billings, and FCF.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build complex, audit-ready models under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle market-sensitive and confidential information in a fast-paced public-company environment.
