Product Manager (Growth)

hirify.global is building a specialized mental health company providing affirming, insurance-covered care for the LGBTQ+ community.

What you will do

• Own the patient journey from advertising impression through intake, insurance coverage verification, therapist matching, and the first booked session.
• Build therapist onboarding portals and flows covering sign-up, credentialing, insurance enrollment, licensing, compliance, and scheduling availability.
• Design systems that connect activated therapist capacity with patient demand and identify where either side becomes blocked before care begins.
• Instrument patient and therapist funnels, run experiments, and measure the effect of product changes on booked care.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, clinical, and operations teams while reporting to the CTO.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with ownership of a growth or acquisition funnel and measurable revenue or customer impact.
• Strong analytical skills across funnels, cohort analysis, experiments, and underlying product systems.
• Excellent product judgment and the ability to solve ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience building growth at a consumer, marketplace, healthcare, or operationally complex company.
• Experience connecting advertising spend with downstream revenue, activation, or customer outcomes.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and operating without an established playbook.
• Understanding of the needs of both patients and therapists in a two-sided marketplace.
