Product Manager, Growth (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; or Seattle, WA. Hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $385,000–$460,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute Claude’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Lead ideation, development, and launches of growth-oriented product features.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams on high-impact initiatives.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Define and track KPIs while balancing rapid iteration with AI safety and ethics.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background or the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrated interest in AI technology.
• 6–10 years of product management experience, primarily in growth-focused roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with mass-scale B2C products, especially subscription businesses.
• Experience with product-led growth in business and enterprise contexts.
• Founder experience.
