Staff Product Manager (Professional Experience)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end professional experience, from discovering and picking up shifts to earnings visibility, reputation, and long-term engagement.
• Define, establish, and evolve Professional Lifetime Value as a core product success metric, providing reporting and insights to leadership.
• Develop retention strategies that keep healthcare professionals active on the platform over multiple years.
• Shape experiences that improve professional reputation, visibility, discoverability, and earning transparency.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, instrumentation, and experimentation to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Partner with the facility-side product manager and delivery partners to balance marketplace needs and connect product decisions to unit economics.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional product management experience, including meaningful experience on the supply side of a marketplace or platform.
• Experience improving professional or user engagement and retention.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, and financial outcomes.
• Ability to define instrumentation, analyze product performance, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, product judgment, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously with distributed teams across different time zones.
