Senior Product Manager, Growth (Fintech)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California; New York City and Los Angeles may also be considered.

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop the growth product strategy and translate company objectives into a prioritized roadmap.
• Own acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention, with a focus on LTV, CAC, payback, and long-term customer value.
• Design and scale A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and personalization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to productionalize successful experiments.
• Improve discovery and top-of-funnel performance through SEO, AEO/LLM-driven discovery, organic channels, affiliates, and educational content.
• Build analytics, instrumentation, growth tooling, KPIs, and operating systems while leading and mentoring a growth team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, product, or growth marketing.
• 3–5+ years in a senior growth or product leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in A/B testing, experimentation tooling, personalization, and cohort-based analysis.
• Experience building and scaling growth functions with measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and unit economics.
• Experience applying AI to experimentation, content, and analysis, including AI-driven discovery and AEO/LLM search.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO, AEO/LLM-driven search, organic, affiliate, and content marketing.
• Background in regulated financial services or compliance-sensitive product environments.
