Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite production role with extended shifts and weekend work as needed.

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel and implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, and profitability.
• Manage key performance metrics, including machine and labor efficiency, and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Prepare project runs, assign production lines and staffing, provide tools and documentation, and communicate daily production goals.
• Review production rates, optimize line setups, and automate lines where possible to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support capacity planning, shift handoffs, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery requirements.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant production areas while coordinating quality documentation and GMP adherence.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Leadership, communication, team collaboration, employee relations, training, and performance-management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP policies and procedures; Microsoft Office proficiency required, with WMS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, perform repetitive physical activities, lift 20 pounds or more frequently, work extended shifts and weekends, and remain available by email and phone 24/7.
