Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the paper mill in Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; 12-hour shift rotation

What you will do

• Supervise hourly paper mill and converting machine crews during assigned shifts.
• Enforce mill safety rules and promote safe working practices.
• Drive production, product quality, cost, and housekeeping performance.
• Provide technical support for mill process improvements and new processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance and communicate operational, personnel, quality, and safety issues across shifts.
• Train, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while administering mill policies and the Labor Agreement.

Requirements

• Three to five years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of leadership experience, preferably in papermaking or converting.
• Experience with successful project management implementation.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Oracle applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
