Video Content Strategist (Bitcoin)

Location: Remote across the Americas and Europe

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 annually, depending on experience; competitive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Own the video content pipeline, from generating and filtering ideas to building a consistent production backlog.
• Create and test titles and thumbnails to improve video reach and engagement.
• Write medium- and long-form scripts explaining money, economics, and Bitcoin through host-led and animated formats.
• Develop hooks and introductions that retain viewers and provide clear structure.
• Direct story edits and guide hosts and editors on pacing, structure, and cuts.
• Use YouTube metrics such as views, retention, and returning-viewer rate to iterate on content and build repeatable production systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success growing a video channel through ideas, packaging, scripting, and measurable improvements in views and retention.
• Strong expertise in titles and thumbnails, supported by examples of successful work.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex economic ideas engaging and accessible.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, retention curves, and click-through rate.
• Solid understanding of Bitcoin from an economic perspective, plus ownership, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Ability to work remotely from the Americas or Europe.
