Creative Producer (YouTube Entertainment)

Location: Full-time, in-office at the Austin, Texas studio; candidates outside Austin must be able to relocate.

hirify.global is a YouTube entertainment company producing character-driven stories and gaming content for children and young adult audiences across Minecraft, Roblox, and other platforms.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production team of artists, set designers, cinematographers, production assistants, and other creative contributors.
• Oversee Narrative Stories episodes from scripts through production, editorial, and final delivery.
• Strengthen character moments, comedy, emotional beats, pacing, and visual storytelling while maintaining creative intent.
• Collaborate with writers and artists on concept development using storyboards, concept art, references, mockups, and rapid prototypes.
• Provide creative direction and actionable feedback on performances, environments, cinematography, animatics, and edits.
• Improve production systems, develop repeatable workflows, and use YouTube performance data and audience insights to guide creative decisions.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in creative producing, showrunning, production leadership, animation, digital entertainment, television, film, or a related storytelling environment.
• Experience managing creative teams and multiple productions simultaneously.
• Strong storytelling, visual development, production judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines, resources, and a consistent weekly release schedule.
• Ability to collaborate across Story, Production, Editorial, Animation, and channel leadership.
• Ability to work full-time in-office at the Austin studio; candidates outside Austin must be able to relocate. Some weekend work may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation, machinima, virtual production, gameplay-based storytelling, or youth-oriented entertainment.
• Familiarity with Minecraft, Roblox, Storyboard Pro, Maya, Blender, or other 2D/3D production software.
• Experience developing recurring characters, episodic franchises, or original IP.
• Understanding of YouTube storytelling, audience retention, AVD, and viewer behavior.
• Hands-on skills in drawing, storyboarding, concept art, or previsualization.
