Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

What you will do
- Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including crews, talent, sets, locations, and equipment.
- Oversee editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in-app platforms.
- Maintain brand standards, production quality, deadlines, and budgets across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of video production equipment.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite at the Lisbon office.
