What you will do

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Oversee all aspects of production, including hiring crews, sourcing talent, and managing sets and locations.
• Guide the post-production process, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in-app content to maintain consistent quality.
• Manage production budgets and adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and professional production equipment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
