Sr Manager, Industrial Engineering (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Anoka, Minnesota, United States. Up to 10% travel may be required. Relocation assistance may be available.

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Industrial Engineers and a Capital Project Engineer.
• Set departmental priorities and align resources with high-impact operational and growth initiatives.
• Direct improvements to material movement, manufacturing flow, workforce utilization, facility layout, throughput, and productivity.
• Guide major facility, equipment, infrastructure, and capital investment projects.
• Establish processes, templates, and operating mechanisms to improve project execution and decision-making.
• Define the site's long-term manufacturing footprint, strategy, and operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Ideally 10+ years of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of engineering leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of material flow, facility layout, labor optimization, manufacturing systems design, value stream optimization, and production flow optimization.
• Experience leading facility-wide improvements, expansions, operational scalability initiatives, and capital investment projects in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and align stakeholders on complex manufacturing and operational initiatives.
