Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead capital planning, portfolio prioritization, project execution, and capex-related cost management.
• Manage facility and manufacturing engineering improvements supporting safety, quality, productivity, capability, yield, capacity, and product cost.
• Provide plant support for batch process deviations and lead programs to reduce scrap, waste, and process variation.
• Implement control plans, FMEA processes, SPC reviews, process controls, automation recipes, and control strategies.
• Develop process technology roadmaps covering purification, filtration, packaging, and particle measurement.
• Lead technical design reviews, customer sample requests, shelf-life studies, and high-volume manufacturing readiness for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field with more than 15 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with more than 11 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience developing teams and leading employees through resource management and project prioritization.
• Experience with new product development and product and process scale-up.
• Direct experience with customer interactions and expectations in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of process controls and distributed control systems, plus experience with maintenance excellence and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership, personnel development, conflict resolution, sound judgment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Typical annual base salary: $128,636–$192,954.
