Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing Engineering)

Location: Chino, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $107,248–$199,176 per year; discretionary bonuses and incentives may be available.

What you will do

• Manage office, plant, grounds, equipment, mailroom, and facility maintenance services.
• Plan and execute site space-planning changes, facility expansions, capital improvements, and other facility projects.
• Manage physical facility security, contract security personnel, procedures, and security equipment improvements.
• Lead manufacturing engineering activities covering production documentation, tooling, equipment requirements, make-or-buy decisions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Improve manufacturing processes, line optimization, productivity, and the preventive maintenance program.
• Manage facility service contracts and annual spending for maintenance, grounds, equipment, and office services.

Requirements

• 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of facilities or office management experience.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Required knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts.
