Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support the implementation, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage client/server, storage, network, and mobile device infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install operating system software.
• Configure network components, optimize system operations, and perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Communicate escalated ticket status and technical analysis to agency management and internal customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Ten years of systems administration experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or five additional years of systems administration experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience with DevOps, Ansible, AWS, and Terraform.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical certification at IAT Level I or higher.
• In-depth troubleshooting experience across IT systems, operating systems, and network components.
