What you will do

• Implement, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain client/server, storage, network, mobile, UNIX, and Windows IT systems.
• Manage daily system configuration and operations, including capacity analysis, resource utilization, and infrastructure planning.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, diagnose problems, assist users, and manage resolution workflows.
• Analyze escalated tickets and communicate status, findings, and feedback to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure operating systems and network components and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Support the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.

Requirements

• Typically 10 years of Systems Administrator experience on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or five additional years of Systems Administrator experience in place of the degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II.
• Experience with cloud environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Linux.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
