Operations Manager

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; willingness to work at multiple locations or relocate is required.

Annual salary: $105,600–$184,900, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead Service Operations, including reconditioning, cosmetic, production, and automotive service functions.
• Manage multiple managers and a large frontline workforce, including staffing, performance management, development, succession planning, and engagement.
• Track key performance metrics, production capacity, quality, cycle time, and cost controls to drive continuous improvement.
• Own P&L accountability, expense management, labor optimization, and productivity targets.
• Implement process improvements and company programs in line with operational standards.
• Manage the department or location’s Environmental, Health and Safety program, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience; retail management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead leaders, manage complex operations, and make independent critical business decisions.
• Ability to interpret and maintain accurate data records and complete hirify.global training in Inventory, Cosmetic, and Production processes.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors on a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations or relocate.
• Occasional travel for meetings and training may be required; internal candidates must complete SMDP before applying.
