Operations Manager

Location: RNA-Vineland-023; travel up to 100% within the assigned territory

Base pay: $57,000–$92,000 yearly, with potential overtime, incentives, commissions, performance pay, and route-assignment adjustments.

What you will do

• Oversee technician recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, development, and performance accountability.
• Recruit residential and commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Evaluate technician performance through ride-alongs and audits while ensuring service quality and customer retention.
• Monitor branch scheduling, route completion, and appointment efficiency; fill temporary staffing gaps through customer appointments when needed.
• Respond to customer concerns and support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain safety standards, regulatory compliance, inventory levels, vehicles, equipment, and service cost controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to solve problems, identify practical solutions, and lead and motivate others.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building communication skills.
• Basic or intermediate math skills for sales and service calculations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain licenses and certificates required by applicable regulations.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, operate a motor vehicle safely, wear required personal protective equipment, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and 50–60-hour peak-season schedules.
