What you will do

• Lead operations and financial performance for a multi-site apartment portfolio across the Portland metro area.
• Recruit, coach, and develop property management teams.
• Improve occupancy, resident retention, leasing performance, and net operating income.
• Partner with maintenance, accounting, compliance, and leasing support teams.
• Analyze property performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement new systems, processes, and technology as the portfolio grows.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Property Manager License required.
• Experience managing multiple apartment communities or a large multifamily portfolio.
• Proven success improving property performance and leading teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
