Regional Property Manager (Student Housing)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the position based in Huntsville or Corpus Christi, Texas, or near a major hub such as Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, or Oxford; travel to assigned properties is required.

What you will do

• Manage operations, staffing, training, inspections, risk management, and performance across a portfolio of properties.
• Lead move-in, move-out, and property turn planning while responding to emergencies and operational escalations.
• Review occupancy, delinquency, budgets, capital expenditures, contracts, invoices, and financial variances.
• Develop leasing, marketing, pricing, renewal, and revenue strategies using market and portfolio data.
• Maintain customer experience standards, resolve escalated resident complaints, and improve property operations using technology.
• Coach General Managers and property teams while supporting employee engagement and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience with direct supervisory responsibility; multi-site management experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Must be based near a major U.S. hub or in the specified Texas locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability and willingness to travel, with travel paid by the company.
