Senior Resident Manager (Property Management)

Salary: $71,545–$89,448 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Lead resident relations and oversee day-to-day operations across a district portfolio of single-family homes.
• Coordinate Resident Managers and support roles while maintaining a high-quality resident experience and operational performance.
• Drive collections, retention, rental growth, and cost-mitigation strategies to improve portfolio profitability.
• Resolve escalated resident issues and manage special-case properties involving evictions, complex service concerns, dispositions, and potential legal matters.
• Oversee move-out reconciliation and security-deposit determinations in accordance with applicable state laws.
• Guide, train, coach, and support employee development, including participation in resume reviews, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of directly related operational experience required, preferably in property operations, real estate, or property management.
• At least three years of management experience with direct reports preferred.
• Real Estate License and any state-required permits or certifications required to engage in property management; the license must be affiliated with hirify.global.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, implement process improvements, work collaboratively, maintain attention to detail, and lift or carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience with property management software.
• Three or more years of management experience with direct reports.
