Sr. Regional Manager - LIHTC

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA; candidate must reside in Washington and travel weekly throughout assigned properties

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee assigned affordable housing communities and provide strategic leadership to Regional Managers responsible for additional portfolios.
• Supervise, coach, develop, hire, and manage Regional Managers and on-site property personnel.
• Maintain relationships with third-party ownership groups and present financial performance, operational results, budgets, and business plans.
• Monitor property inspections, resident files, maintenance activities, leasing, rent collection, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze occupancy, revenue, delinquency, expenses, and NOI, then implement corrective action plans to improve portfolio performance.
• Approve budgets, invoices, contracts, payroll information, reports, and business plans.

Requirements

• Minimum five consecutive years of property management experience as a Regional Manager overseeing five or more properties.
• Direct experience with LIHTC and other affordable housing programs in Washington.
• Residence in Washington is required.
• Active Real Estate Salesperson License, valid driver’s license, operational vehicle, and automobile insurance.
• Experience presenting financial performance, operational results, business plans, and recommendations to third-party ownership groups.
• Strong communication, decision-making, negotiation, financial analysis, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Nice to have

• Four-year college degree, industry designations, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Yardi Residential.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
