Contract Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage security administration and compliance for assigned Intelligence Community contracts and programs.
• Interpret DD254s, security classification guides, contract clauses, statements of work, NISPOM requirements, and Intelligence Community directives.
• Coordinate with government security representatives, Special Security Officers, Cognizant Security Authorities, Program Security Officers, the Senior Facility Security Officer, and internal program teams.
• Manage SCI, SAP, personnel security, access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, classified visits, and program security documentation.
• Support the establishment, accreditation, operation, and maintenance of SCIFs and other secure workspaces.
• Support inspections, audits, incident response, insider-threat and counterintelligence reporting, corrective actions, proposals, and security-risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial security, contract security, special security, or related functions within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or federal contracting.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community contracts or programs involving SCI, SAP, or other compartmented security requirements.
• Working knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, Intelligence Community Standards, and agency-specific security requirements.
• Experience with personnel security, classified information protection, security access, classified visits, compliance documentation, and security databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a full-scope polygraph and additional program-specific access are required.
