Quality Control Technician (Packaging)

Location: Deer Park, New York, USA; onsite

Salary: $22–28 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials using visual and dimensional tests and reject nonconforming materials.
• Verify in-process production against specifications and communicate required adjustments to production supervisors.
• Approve internal and external products returned for rework and confirm completed rework.
• Document inspection results in reports, logs, and the applicable MRP system.
• Maintain measurement equipment and request repairs or calibration when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable legal regulations while supporting quality and production objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience inspecting manufactured parts.
• Knowledge of calibration for gauges and measurement equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.
