What you will do

• Establish and operate secure, performant, scalable cloud capabilities in a government-provided hybrid cloud environment.
• Support DoD cloud strategy across IaaS, PaaS, DaaS, SaaS, and Cloud Service Offerings using approved cloud service providers.
• Define and engineer cloud solutions aligned with customer business drivers and requirements.
• Perform cloud architecture, systems engineering, design, and requirements analysis with a focus on cloud-native services.
• Build deployment and process automation using scripts, APIs, platforms, and cloud-native services.
• Operate DevSecOps environments, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, customer support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of cloud-related support experience; four additional years may substitute for the degree.
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification required, such as CompTIA Security+.
• Cloud subject matter expertise in AWS or Microsoft Azure, with experience in DoD cloud governance, RMF, SCCA, and the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide.
• Hands-on Linux or Windows administration, security, Active Directory, ACAS, IAM, Zero Trust, STIG remediation, and DoD enterprise networks experience.
• Experience with IaC, Terraform, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, and Docker fundamentals.

Nice to have

• AWS-related certification such as Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or Developer.
