Earthmoving Application Specialist (Construction Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global Facility Centre in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days working from home. Travel up to 70% across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross yearly, plus a company car.

What you will do

• Provide technical and application support for machine control and earthmoving solutions across EMEA.
• Deliver online and in-person training for dealers, key accounts, and end users at the Concordia training centre.
• Support Earthworks, Sitelink3D, geospatial positioning, and related construction workflows.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations, training content, and e-learning materials.
• Support customer events, onsite demonstrations, and active construction jobsites.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Background in geodesy, survey engineering, civil engineering, construction engineering, or a similar field.
• More than 5 years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agricultural control applications, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey or construction software.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills in online and in-person settings.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites.
