Site Technical Facility Lead (Semiconductor)

Location: Treviso, Italy; on-site facility leadership role

What you will do

• Lead Facilities & Real Estate activities and operational strategy for the Treviso technology and science campus.
• Oversee the Integrated Facility Management provider, including KPIs, SLAs, escalations, service quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure reliability and availability of MEP, HVAC, process utilities, cleanroom infrastructure, and other critical building systems.
• Manage technical asset maintenance, lifecycle planning, cleanroom standards, and operational performance.
• Oversee building expansions, infrastructure development, construction, and capital projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, EHS, Workplace, project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant Facilities Management experience in complex, high-tech environments.
• Experience with cleanrooms, critical technical infrastructure, building systems, utilities, and facility operations.
• Proven experience managing construction, development, capital projects, IFM providers, and external service partners.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; relocation is not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar technical industries.
• Experience with site start-up or greenfield projects and cleanroom commissioning.
• Knowledge of European safety, construction, and regulatory frameworks.
